Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Pies

A thin, soft, vegan chocolate cookie with a sprinkle of sugar on top sandwiched with peanut butter buttercream in the center. Cookies come packaged in two 1/2 dozen bags, 1 dozen cookies total.

Store in air tight container at room temperature (or just zip up the bag they came in).
